Hi Tony,
We wanted to let you know that we have sold our house and our closing will be Friday, October 9th. We plan to leave for Florida the 1st. Two couples are buying the house.
We are leaving them the file we have with the purchase contract for the tram including the addendum to the contract regarding the transfer of warranties, guarantees and maintenance program. The file includes the video and all the information you provided us regarding the tram. They are residents of Ohio and all four are still working so they will only be down here when they can get away.
We do believe that the tram is what sold them on the house, so our investment paid off for us. We just want to say thank you for the great job you and your guys did on the installation. I think everyone on the point has taken a ride once word got around that we had a tram.
